Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available Wednesday to Sunday during regular business hours. Orders are typically packed within 1 hour of receipt, and, once fulfilled, can be picked up as soon as you receive the "Ready for Pickup" e-mail. Please present your "Ready for Pickup" e-mail to receive your order.  Outpost Gaming is closed for business on Mondays and Tuesdays therefore any orders placed after closing on Sundays will not be fulfilled until Wednesdays.

Shipping

Free shipping is available Ontario-wide on orders totaling $120 (CAD) or more, before tax. Orders totaling under $120 (CAD) will have a flat-fee of $25 (CAD) applied for shipping. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. Outpost Gaming is closed for business on Mondays and Tuesdays therefore any orders placed after closing on Sundays will not be fulfilled until Wednesdays.  The default shipping service is Canada Post Regular Parcel (3-6 business days). If your order contains preorder items with different release dates, your order will ship when all items are available. To avoid this, create separate orders for your preorder items to receive them on the individual release dates. If your orders contain a mix of preorder items and in stock items, your in stock items will be held until the preorder items arrive and are ready for shipping. If you prefer to have your in stock items shipped separately, you can either create separate orders for in stock and pre order items,, or reach out to us at info@outpostgaming.ca with your order number and we can split it up for you. Note that if your total order qualified for free shipping, splitting it up will result in a shipping charge. The items that are preorders will still be eligible for free shipping.

For customers located "In Zone" (Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia) free shipping is available on orders totalling $200 (CAD) or more before tax. Orders totalling under $200 (CAD) will have a flat-fee of $35 (CAD) applied for shipping. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days. If Canada Post is not operating due to a labour disruption, a FedEx quote can be provided to you. We will reach out to you with this option. Fedex shipping is not covered under our free shipping threshold so choosing this option will result in an additional expense to your order. If you choose to wait the duration of the labour disruption, packages will be held at Outpost Gaming until the labour disruption is concluded and then shipped out.

Magic: The Gathering Products

Effective June 16th 2023, Magic: The Gathering products are available for local pick-up only. All purchases of Magic: The Gathering product made before this date will still be shipped as normal. Since we are subject to limited allocation from Wizards of the Coast, we have implemented this policy in an effort to prioritize our local customer base first. That being said, we are not stopping customers from out of town from purchasing our products. If you are purchasing a Magic: The Gathering product and are not a local customer, you will need to arrange for local pickup.
