Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt is also required.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@outpostgaming.ca, 705-478-8500, on social media, or just bring your product into our retail location if you are local to North Bay.
If your return is accepted it will be processed. Items shipped for return will be at the buyer's expense. Instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package if you are not local. Items shipped to Outpost Gaming without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Only store credit is issued for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can also exchange your item for something of equal or lesser value and have the difference given to you in store credit.
